Counselling - Offered to individuals of all ages. Counselling is confidential, supportive, and tailored to suit individuals needs. Tori specialises in all forms of trauma and her approach to counselling is one that fosters a sense of control, safety and stability. Tori accepts referrals from GP's under Mental Health Care plans, EAP services, Victims of Crime and Open Arms.

Play Therapy - Offered to children between the ages of 4 and 10. Child-Centred Play Therapy allows children the freedom to explore and express themselves in an age-appropriate manner. Through Play Therapy, children gain a sense of self-confidence, self-acceptance and control, and are able to work through a wide range of social and emotional challenges.

Supervision - Supervision with a Clinical Social Worker gives you the space for reflection, exploration and growth. Tori is experienced in many areas of the mental health field including sexual assault, domestice violence, child protection, homelessness and more.
